Driven equipment repair and production
1. Driven equipment repair:
- defects detection on toothlock, bearing units, housing;
- arranging final technical requirements for gearbox repair according to the defective statement;
- production and replacement of defective items (gear-wheels, bearings, seals, housing);
- gearbox take-over and test run with the customer in site;
- supervised installation and commissioning;
- extended product warranty up to 24 months.
2. Production of gear-wheels under client’s drawings, with any kind of toothlock.
3. Production of gearboxes completely equal to their import analogues (Flender, Sew-Eurodrive, Kumera, David Brown Santasalo).
4. Supply of gearbox equipment according to the standard model range.
5. Supervised installation and commissioning.
